The Head of Development will be responsible for managing a programme of up to 20 of the most talented young male cricketers in Wales from U11 through to the professional game, and also the programmes of up to 5 of the most talented female cricketers.
The objective of the Glamorgan development programme is to identify, select and confirm the next generation of Glamorgan stars. The programme will aspire to providing an oversupply of home-grown cricket talent capable of succeeding for Glamorgan and England.
The Head of Talent Development will be responsible for establishing robust identification and selection criteria and managing the professional and personal development of each of the players selected onto the Glamorgan programme.
