Here are some answers to frequently asked questions to help you to plan your day:
What time will the concert start and finish?
We expect gates to open around 2pm and the concert to end around 10.30pm. Kaiser Chiefs will take to the stage around 8pm.
Who are the support acts?
We're delighted to confirm Dizzee Rascal will bring his crowd-pleasing brand of rap, pop and grime in to the early evening slot with an extensive hit list that includes ‘Bonkers’, ‘Dance Wiv Me’, ‘Fix Up Look Sharp’ and ‘Holiday’. A past-winner of the Mercury Music Prize, his critically acclaimed debut album Boy In The Corner paved the way for mainstream stardom in collaborations with Armand Van Helden and Calvin Harris. Also performing to create a day long celebration of music are indie-rock band Everything Everything, along with pop/rock band Nature and Cardiff four piece indie rock group Tibet - a BBC Horizons act.
Will seating and standing tickets be available?
All ticket holders will enjoy access to standing areas and unreserved seats.
Where is The SSE SWALEC?
The SSE SWALEC is an international cricket ground located in central Cardiff. Our postcode is CF11 9XR. We're less than one mile from Cardiff Central Station and we're surrounded by the historic parkland of Bute Park, Sophia Gardens and Pontcanna Fields.
• No unaccompanied under 16s please.
• A 10% booking fee per ticket will be charged.
• Tickets will be posted out around 6 weeks before the concert, although you will receive email confirmation after purchase and pre-event communication.
Customers who have a health condition or disability that meet the requirements for proof of disability will be able to purchase a ticket for themselves at standard price, plus booking fees and also receive a free carer/companion ticket. Please call the ticket office direct on 02920 419 311 to book.

The Event Partner and its affiliates, successors or assigns may enforce these terms in accordance with the provisions of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties)) Act 1999 (the Act). Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded unless the event is cancelled or moved to another date.
