We chat to Colin Ingram after his century against the Kent Spitfires on Tuesday, and look ahead to tomorrow's Royal London One-Day Cup clash with the Essex Eagles at the SSE SWALEC.
"It was great to spend a good chunk of time out in the middle, it's been a while for me and I really enjoyed it" Ingram said, talking about his maiden century for Glamorgan.
Talking about facing the Essex Eagles, who won both NatWest T20 Blast fixtures against Glamorgan this season, Ingram told us "We need to do our things positively and aggressively and get stuck into them."
