Glamorgan Chief Executive Pays Tribute To Jamie Bishop

Glamorgan County Cricket Club Chief Executive Hugh Morris has paid tribute to former player Jamie Bishop who has died aged 44.

Born in Swansea in January 14th, 1971, the left-handed batsman had a prolific record at schoolboy level before representing Wales at Minor County level and in the Triple Crown competition.

"Our thought's are with Jamie's family at this difficult time," said Hugh Morris.

"Jamie was a hugely talented cricketer who had an outstanding record at club level for Pontarddulais CC, and who represented Wales with distinction at Minor County and international level."
