Glamorgan's victory at Headingley Carnegie means that the Welsh county have clinched a semi-final match away to the Hampshire Royals on Saturday, September 7th (start 12.45pm) in the Yorkshire Bank40 - the first time they have reached the last four of limited-overs competition since 2004.
The four-wicket win at Leeds, plus Somerset's victory over Gloucestershire at Bristol means that Glamorgan finish in second spot in Group C, and by virtue of their healthy run rate, they qualify as the best runner-up together with the West country side.
Nottinghamshire and Hampshire have won the other two groups and by having more points than Somerset and Glamorgan, they have home ties.
Following the draw, the Nottingahmshire Outlaws will play Somerset and Glamorgan will travel to the Ageas Bowl to play the Hampshire Royals on Saturday, September 7th starting at 12.45pm (with Sunday, Sept 8th as the reserve day)
Glamorgan last appeared in the semi-finals of a domestic one-day competition in August 2004 when they met the Leicestershire Foxes at Finals Day of the Twenty20 Cup at Edgbaston - a game which saw the Welsh county lose by 21 runs.
However, Glamorgan were successful in their previous semi-final game, in the 2000 Benson and Hedges Cup when they defeated Surrey at Sophia Gardens by 32 runs to clinch a place in the showpiece final at Lord's against Gloucestershire.
