Andrew Salter became the third Glamorgan bowler to claim a wicket with his first ball in Championship cricket as he had Shiv Thakor caught behind by Mark Wallace on the first day of the match against Leicestershire at Swansea.
Salter, who entered the attack in the 28th over, thereby emulates the feats of Billy Davies against Surrey at The Oval in 1957 and Jack Johns against Somerset at Cardiff in 1922.
