Friday night Twenty20 fixtures at the SWALEC Stadium will be a regular occurrence in 2014 with the confirmation of six Fridays out of seven Glamorgan games in the new fixture schedule and a new name for the competition - NatWest T20 Blast.
Supporters can guarantee their place at all Glamorgan T20 Blast home games for just £50 with the new T20 Seasson Ticket available from Wednesday 11th December 2013, which includes admission to all 7 fixtures.
One-Day membership will also become available priced £85 on Wednesday 11th December, to include admission to all 11 one-day fixtures, with 4 games in the new Royal London One-Day Cup (which replaces the Yorkshire Bank 40 competition) included in addition to the 7 NatWest T20 Blast matches.
Furthermore, One-Day members will benefit from the right to buy an Ashes Test Match ticket when the Series returns to Wales in 2015, plus access to the member's lounge and voting rights, which are excluded from the Blast Pass. However, both One-Day membership and the T20 Blast Pass offer excellent value for money over purchasing tickets for matches individually.
Acting Chief Executive Simon White said, "The advent of a new season structure presents the opportunity to create a new product the T20 Season Ticket to appeal to a demographic of cricket supporter not currently catered for within our range of membership options.
"With crowds of almost 9,000 for the two Friday fixtures in 2013, Friday night T20 is clearly a popular choice, so with 6 of these games to look forward too and fixtures spread out from May to July, we will be encouraging supporters to come to not just one fixture each season but to return time and again.
"By buying early or committing to attend a number of matches with the T20 Season Ticket supporters can get excellent value for money over match day prices. "
Glamorgan supporters aged 16 and under will again be able to see free professional cricket with all junior tickets for the Royal London One-Day Cup played during August school holidays free of charge, and tickets for the popular T20 Blast fixtures £5 or for LV= County Championship games £3. Young Buds Junior Membership, which entitles admission to all home domestic regular season fixtures is priced £10.
Whilst the new family ticket means two adult and two juniors can see a day's entertainment from just £20 or a night's entertainment from only £25.
T20 Blast match tickets will go on sale on St David's Day (1st March 2014) first at an early bird price of £12 for adults and £8 for students. This early bird window ends 30th April, but supporters can still save with advance prices for each game available until 7 days before each game priced £15 for adults (and £10 for students), a saving of £10 over full adult prices.
