Glamorgan meet Gloucestershire in their last group match in the Friends Life t20 at the SWALEC Stadium with the must-win contest for the Welsh county scheduled to start at 6.30pm (Gates open at 5pm).
Match PreviewGlamorgan's defeat against the Northants Steelbacks on Friday night, plus other results over the weekend, means that Glamorgan will progress to the last eight of the competition if they defeat Gloucestershire on Tuesday evening.
Should the weather intervene and Glamorgan only pick up one point - or if the match is tied - a more complex series of scenarios exist with results in the South Group in matches involving both Essex and Middlesex then entering the equation, as well as the outcome of the game between Warwickshire and Somerset at Edgbaston.
Glamorgan have already lost twice to Gloucestershire in one-day matches so far this season - at Cardiff in the Yorkshire Bank40 competition and at Cheltenham in the Twenty20 as the West Country side romped to a ten-wicket victory after restricting the Welsh county to 98/9 in their twenty overs.
However, Glamorgan have an outstanding record in the t20 competition against Gloucestershire at the Cardiff ground with Glamorgan winning in 2004, 2005, 2009, 2010 and 2011, with Gloucestershire's sole victory in the Welsh capital coming back in July 2006 when they won by five wickets.

Glamorgan have added Simon Jones, who is fit again after a recent shoulder injury, to their 13-man squad for the match against Gloucestershire. Jones and Gareth Rees join the eleven who were on duty on Friday night in the match against Northamptonshire, with the squad in full being as follows - MA Wallace (wkt-keeper), J Allenby, CB Cooke, MW Goodwin, MJ North (capt), BJ Wright, NA James, GG Wagg, NL McCullum, DA Cosker, MG Hogan, SP Jones and GP Rees.
