The SWALEC Stadium is looking to recruit people interested in working for it's conference & banqueting department.
The venue of choice in a City renowned for it's superb event facilities, over 2,000 guests and delegates can be accommodated for conferencing and banqueting.
The purpose of the job is to supervise and work as a part of a team to ensure that the customer experience is optimised whilst high standards are achieved in the delivery of food and beverage services at SWALEC stadium.
The role will require a mixture of early mornings, evenings, weekend work and bank holidays.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years' experience in the hospitality industry.
Salary: Competitive Supervisor Hourly Rate

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Liaising, interacting and client/customer focused.
• Supervise catering staff within hospitality areas during conference, events and match days.
• Strong operational skills within hospitality environment.
• Driving forward and improving overall catering and hospitality standards.
• To ensure Liquor Licencing and Health and Safety laws are adhered to.
• Set up and breakdown of hospitality areas the numerous different functions and events.
• To be involved in staff training to include health and safety, finance, food hygiene and operational procedures.
• To be a part of the drive to improve the overall customer experience and standards.
• To establish excellent systems of communication with all members of the hospitality team.
• Ensuring staff comply with uniform policy.
• To collate, report and action customer feedback in order to continually improve the business.
• Housekeeping to ensure highest standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Be able to conduct team briefings and on the job training with staff.
