Glamorgan welcome Somerset to the SWALEC Stadium for their next match in the Yorkshire Bank40 with the match at Cardiff on Monday, August 12th scheduled to get underway at 4.40pm (Gates open 3.40pm)
Match PreviewThe two sides met earlier in the season at Taunton on June 12th with Somerset winning by three wickets with Ben Wright top-scoring with 75 and sharing a stand of 89 in 9.1 overs with Dean Cosker who struck a spritely 37 before taking 3/41.
The CB40 match last summer between the two teams at the SWALEC Stadium was washed out without a ball being bowled, but Glamorgan were victorious in August 2011 at the Cardiff ground as they defeated Somerset by three wickets with Will Owen taking 4/31, whilst Nick James made 43 and Gareth Rees 36.

Andrew Salter and Alex Jones who starred this week in Glamorgan 2nd XI's victory over Warwickshire in the Second Eleven Championship, as well as Simon Jones who bowled well in the Second Trophy match against the same opponents, all feature in a 13-man squad for the Yorkshire Bank40 match against Somerset at the SWALEC Stadium.
