James makes 78 but Lancashire win by 7 wickets

Lancashire defeated Glamorgan by seven wickets in their rain-affected Second Eleven Trophy match at Middleton CC.

Batting first in a contest reduced by rain to 35 overs per side, the Welsh county made 213/4 with Will Bragg making 57 and James 78, with the pair sharing an opening stand of 93.

However, Lancashire romped to victory in the 27th over as Alex Davies posted an unbeaten century to see his side to 214/3.
